Etiam Neo is a sans serif display typeface crafted for use in large scale display and headline. It is designed to be easily legible and transition between print and screen. It works in a number of size choices offering broad, bold characteristics displaying a strong readability and legibility.
The initial sketches began to shape the goal of the project which was to create a typeface that is easily legible at both large and small size points. Looking into how I designed the typeface Etiam Neo, shown here are the grids used. I work often with grids as it allows for a structure within my designs whilst not limiting myself to go beyond the guidelines. The early design concepts show me working to the grids and guidelines.
